Amy’s recruitment journey began as a Recruiting Manager and has grown into a distinguished career that includes titles such as Managing Director and Sector Leader. Throughout her career, she has delivered high-impact placements across technology leadership and specialized technical roles, working closely with clients to understand the problems they need solved and with candidates to help them advance their careers. She is particularly proud of her ability to grow and build high performing teams, guiding others to realize their potential and achieve success.

Born in Greenville, Ohio, Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Her personal journey has taken her from Ohio and Kentucky to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, traveling anywhere and everywhere, and spending time with her family. She lives with her husband, Dan, and their two sons, Owen and Finn. A fan of Notre Dame and the University of Cincinnati, Amy balances her professional achievements with a love for the outdoors and her commitment to environmental and animal causes.
