Hannah Johnson is an Associate in the Sales & Marketing practice at Relate Search. With a background spanning banking, operations, and executive search, she brings both structure and empathy to every client and candidate partnership. Hannah specializes in placing Sales & Marketing professionals within the manufacturing space, focusing on talent that drives growth and long-term impact.

 

Prior to joining Relate Search, Hannah worked at Rowland Mountain & Associates, a boutique executive search firm focused on seniorlevel Sales and Marketing leadership. She also previously served as a Transportation Recruiter, placing drivers nationwide in a fast-paced staffing model that strengthened her organization, urgency, and communication skills.

 

Hannah began her career at Wells Fargo transitioning into sales and marketing operations within the interior design industry, where she discovered her passion for recruitment, blending sales strategy with relationship-building.

 

Known for balancing process with people awareness, Hannah approaches each search with discipline, active listening, and attention to detail. She recruits for roles including Account Executive, Marketing Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Marketing, partnering closely with clients to understand both business objectives and cultural fit.

 

Hannah believes professional success is rooted in positivity, integrity, and consistent effort. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management through Southern New Hampshire University, further strengthening her ability to understand and support the evolving needs of her clients.

 

Born in Reno, Nevada and now based in Houston, Hannah is a proud mother of two. Outside of work, she enjoys aqua-scaping, gardening, yoga, and volunteering with her children’s sports teams. She is passionate about supporting children and families and contributing to her local community.
