Hannah Barrier, an accomplished executive recruiter, is an essential part of Relate Search’s Interim & Contract Solutions team, supporting organizations through critical projects, periods of change, talent gaps, and immediate hiring needs. With experience as a Senior Recruiter and Senior Executive Search Consultant, along with time at Lucas Group, Korn Ferry, and RWR, Hannah has built strong expertise in talent acquisition, executive placements, and consultative recruiting.

Hannah began her recruitment career as a Recruiting Coordinator and Business Partner after being introduced to the industry by a friend. She quickly found her calling in helping people navigate the often complex job market, bringing care, guidance, and perspective to both candidates and clients throughout the search process.

 

With a strong foundation in Technology recruitment, Hannah has filled a wide range of roles from Network Analysts to Chief Information Officers. Her experience supporting technology-driven and business-critical searches gives her a strong understanding of how quickly talent needs can shift and makes her a strong asset to Relate Search’s Interim & Contract Solutions practice.

With a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M, Hannah brings a commitment to continuous learning and growth to her career. Outside of work, she enjoys going for runs at Memorial Park, traveling to places such as Europe and South America, and a good trivia or bingo night.
