Jenni Ippolito is a Partner and Executive Recruiter in the Interim & Contract Solutions practice at Relate Search. With five years of recruiting experience, Jenni has built her career around helping people navigate career decisions while providing clients with responsive, relationship-driven recruiting support. Having experienced the job search as a candidate, she brings a personal understanding of the process and is passionate about making recruiting feel more human and less transactional.

 

Before joining Relate Search, Jenni held recruiting roles with Soni Resources and Beacon Hill Staffing Group, supporting clients across legal, administrative, human resources, and other professional functions. She began her career in medical supply sales before transitioning into recruiting as a Staffing Consultant. Jenni earned Rookie’s Club at Beacon Hill, President’s Club at Soni Resources, and was twice recognized as Soni’s highest temporary staffing producer. One of her most notable projects involved personally filling 100 positions for a client requiring 130 short-term professionals.

 

At Relate Search, Jenni specializes in Interim & Contract Solutions, recruiting professionals across Accounting & Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain & Operations. She partners with clients to address critical talent needs while understanding what candidates want from their next opportunity and where they hope their careers will take them. Her speed, adaptability, and relationship-building skills allow her to deliver results while building relationships that extend beyond a single placement.

 

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Jenni earned her undergraduate degree from Kent State University and an MBA from South University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, playing volleyball, and cheering on Cleveland sports. She is passionate about animal rescue, mental health awareness, and supporting women in the workplace and shares her home with her Golden Retriever, Oliver. Jenni is also the author of Dexter Made Me Brave, a children’s book inspired by her two Golden Retrievers and centered on courage, love, and carrying forward the memory of someone special.
