Julie Uitich is a dedicated Senior Associate and Executive Recruiter in the Human Resources practice at Relate Search, known for her people-first approach and commitment to delivering a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Julie understands how stressful job searching and career transitions can be, which drives her to guide others through the process with transparency, respect, and care.

Julie’s recruiting career began as a Travel Nurse Recruiter at American Traveler, where she discovered her passion for supporting people through meaningful career decisions. She went on to expand her recruiting experience across both Human Resources and Accounting & Finance searches, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how organizations build strong teams. Prior to joining Relate Search, Julie gained valuable experience with American Traveler, Korn Ferry, and Genuine Search Group. While she started her career in the dental industry after college, a close friend introduced her to recruiting and she has loved the work ever since.

 

Julie specializes in Human Resources recruiting, supporting searches from junior-level professionals to executive leadership. What sets her apart is her belief that recruitment is about more than matching resumes to job descriptions, it’s about understanding people. She listens closely to career goals and business needs, communicates clearly, and delivers candidates aligned with both the role and the organization’s culture. Julie is driven by the goal of changing perceptions of working with recruiters by making every interaction thoughtful, timely, and professional.

 

Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Julie has lived in Myrtle Beach, Jacksonville, and Chicago, and is a proud Chicago Bears fan. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University. Outside of work, Julie enjoys gardening, traveling anywhere with a beach, and spending time with her husband Tanner, their newborn daughter Matilda, and their black lab/pit mix, Marty Moose.
