Kate Naylor is the Director of Business Development and Client Success at Relate Search. With a diverse background spanning operational leadership, executive search, corporate talent acquisition, and client solutions, Kate brings a unique perspective to building trusted partnerships and delivering meaningful business results.

Before joining Relate Search, Kate held leadership roles with Emory Healthcare, Korn Ferry, Lucas Group, and BPI Group. Her experience includes serving as Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition, Area Leader and Senior Managing Partner within Human Resources executive search, and Client Solutions Manager. Prior to recruitment, Kate held progressive management and marketing leadership roles in hospitality and manufacturing, overseeing operations, workforce strategy, P&L responsibility, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

 

At Relate Search, Kate focuses on business development and client success, helping organizations solve complex workforce challenges through trust, strategy, and consistent execution. She is passionate about becoming a true extension of her clients’ leadership teams and raising the standard for what companies should expect from a recruiting partner. Known for building trust quickly and leading with both strategy and heart, Kate brings energy, perspective, and accountability to every client relationship. She is also deeply committed to mentoring others, with some of her proudest career moments coming from helping people grow into leaders and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

 

Born in Great Falls, Montana, Kate earned her bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, biking, traveling, and spending time with her partner, Ryan, and their three rescue dogs, Stetson, Josie, and Maisie. A Chicago Cubs and Bears fan, Kate is also passionate about animal welfare and supports local rescue organizations.
