Kelly Fath is a Business Coordinator at Relate Search and a proud member of the Operations team. Her career path has been anything but linear; beginning as a kindergarten teacher, shifting into the fitness industry, and now stepping into the world of recruiting and operations. Each chapter has reinforced the value of adaptability, connection, and doing work that supports and uplifts others.

Before joining Relate Search, Kelly spent nearly a decade in the fitness industry, managing operations and teaching classes at Barre3 Fort Thomas. Prior to that, she held her dream job as a kindergarten teacher in the Northern Kentucky town where she was raised; and where she still lives today. Transitioning into a new industry as a Business Coordinator has been equal parts exciting and challenging, but ultimately energizing.

 

At Relate Search, Kelly supports the internal operations that keep the firm running smoothly. From managing logistics and streamlining processes to assisting recruiting teams behind the scenes, she helps ensure work moves forward efficiently and thoughtfully. Known for her organization, warmth, and team-first mindset, Kelly thrives in environments where she can bring order to the chaos and help others do their best work, always with a touch of fun.

 

Outside of work, Kelly can be found in the kitchen cooking for friends and family (including baking her own sourdough), tending to her many plants, or cheering loudly at a Bengals game. She lives just a few doors down from her childhood home with her husband, Andrew, their three kids, Charlotte, Wren, and Mac, and their two dogs, Finn and Stella.
