Kristen Jones is an Associate and Executive Recruiter in the Technology and Supply Chain & Operations practices at Relate Search, where she brings a consultative, relationship-first approach to every search. Known for her thoughtful communication style and deep listening skills, Kristen is dedicated to helping clients build high-performing teams and guiding candidates toward roles that align with their long-term goals.

Kristen began her career at Addison Group, starting as an IT recruiter and later moving into a business development role. There, she led high-impact projects including building out a national Helpdesk team from scratch, gaining client trust through persistence and strategic outreach. Her experience also includes filling a wide range of IT and digital marketing roles; from help desk support to project managers and solution architects.

At Relate Search, Kristen focuses on connecting top talent with companies that value both technical skills and cultural alignment. She excels at filling niche and hard-to-fill roles, drawing on her ability to uncover the nuances of what clients truly need, and what candidates are genuinely looking for. Her success is grounded in active listening, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that go beyond the transactional.

Born in Midland, Texas, Kristen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University. She’s lived in several cities including Lubbock, Tuscaloosa, and Washington, D.C., and now calls Houston home. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys long walks with her golden retriever Daisy, practicing yoga, and daydreaming about her future garden. She’s also passionate about women’s health, wellness, and access to care, and finds joy in relaxing getaways to beach resorts.
