Her path from earning a Bachelor’s degree in Opera and Vocal Performance to becoming a recruitment leader reflects her dynamic approach to life and work.

 

Before joining Relate Search, Lindsey held pivotal roles including Director of Sales Operations, Branch Manager, and Vice President at International Market Recruiters, Lucas Group, and Korn Ferry. She began her career as a Recruiter in the Financial Services industry, marking the start of a career characterized by continuous growth, achievement, and leadership.

 

What Lindsey finds most fulfilling in her work is the art of connection. She thrives on building relationships with clients, candidates, and her teams, consistently adding value to businesses and positively impacting lives. At Relate Search, she led the launch of the Technology practice, helped establish Interim & Contract Solutions, and now guides the growth of three practice areas. Her Technology expertise spans executive recruitment for CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, as well as professional recruitment for Managers, Directors, and VPs across security, IT operations, project management, data analytics, and software development. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to manage end-to-end search processes reflect her passion for recruitment’s evolving challenges.

 

Lindsey was born in Oklahoma and has called Texas home for nearly 30 years. She began her recruiting career in New York City and now resides in Houston. Outside work, her interests include musical theater, cooking, reading, and spending time with her niece and three nephews. A globetrotter at heart, Lindsey’s favorite destination is Thailand, and she equally enjoys mountains and beaches. She is a lifelong Oklahoma Sooners football fan, an avid Houston Astros supporter, and shares her life with her partner, Ore.
