Nick's career in recruitment began with Human Resources International, a Randstad company, where he laid the foundation for his success in talent acquisition. Before joining Relate Search, he held senior leadership roles, including National Area Leader for the HR COE at Korn Ferry and Managing Director of the Permanent Placement Division at Advanced Resources, overseeing recruitment in Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology. His extensive experience enables him to act as a true consultant, delivering tailored solutions that drive success for both clients and candidates.

Born and raised in Elgin, Illinois, Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Sciences from Illinois State University. A lifelong Chicago sports fan and die-hard Cubs enthusiast, he balances his professional accomplishments with a passion for golf, travel, and family life. Nick resides in Lemont, Illinois, with his wife of 14 years, Andrea, and their two children, Nolan (12) and Alayna (9). Whether enjoying a family trip to Hawaii or aiming to play the top golf courses in the U.S., Nick is driven by a love for meaningful connections and memorable experiences.
